This was my first ever microneedling experience and Rosie was wonderful from start to finish. She contacted me beforehand to reassure me about the concerns I’d raised, and at the treatment she talked me through every step, making sure I felt comfortable. The treatment room was just as warm and welcoming as Rosie herself, and the experience was so positive. My concerns about redness were not even a problem and after only a couple of hours it had improved. I would highly recommend Rosie!

I’ll be honest… skincare has never really been my strong point, I’m the sort of person who gets mildly anxious about having a haircut because I have to sit in front of a mirror for an hour scrutinising every single inch of my face! So booking a facial treatment was definitely stepping outside my comfort zone!
She was so knowledgeable and informative, and it was obvious that she genuinely cares about helping her clients understand their skin rather than just providing a quick fix, she has some awesome gadgets to assess your skin oil and hydrating levels! The advice and products she gave me are something I can actually continue using long term.
I honestly felt so comfortable throughout the treatment and actually enjoyed the experience, which I didn’t expect!
